    I created a video using Powerpoint's media creation tool. I recorded it selecting the "Play in Full Screen" setting. However, when I opened the video in Microsoft Photos app, the video is not the full screen width and height of the player. Is there a way to set the video output to be full screen in Microsoft Photos app there doesn't appear to be a setting in Powerpoint when recording and then creating exporting as a video using its media creation tool?Thanks!

    I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps:

    Method 1:

    I suggest you to change the Default apps in the setting app and verify the result. You may follow the steps in the below:

    • Go to settings and system.
    • Click on Default Apps and select the appropriately.

    Method 2:

    I suggest you to reinstall Photo app using the PowerShell command
    and reinstall using the Windows store. Follow the below steps.

    • Open the Start menu, type Windows PowerShell in the search bar.
    • Right click on the Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
    • Enter the below command to uninstall the Photo app.

    •   get-appxpackage  *Microsoft.Windows.Photos* | remove-appxpackage

    I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

    • Navigate to Start>Settings>System.
    • In the left pane, click on Default Apps.
    • In the right pane, click on Choose default apps by file type.
    • Set the default App to open .jpg files and check for status.

    Sorry to know that the issue persists. I suggest you to search for it in Search and pin it to Start Menu.

    I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.

    • Go to search and type Photo Moto app. Right-click on it to pin it to Start menu.
    • Go to Search. Type Settings. Click on it open.
    • Click on System. Click on Default apps. Then follow the instructions from the link below to set Photo Moto as default app for Photos.
    Choose the apps Windows uses by default:
