Windows 10: How to set up DND mode for a duration?

I am looking for one of the following:

1) An application that can achieve this

2) A task scheduler setup

3) Wox plug-in

to be able to turn on DND mode on my Windows 10 machine that will automatically turn off after a set duration.

The use case: I like to go heads down for 30mins or 60mins at a time and like to set my computer on DND mode so notifications do not disturb me. However, I also often forget to turn that mode back off so I end up missing all of my notifications. On my Mac OS machine, I had an app that let me set the machine to DND for 30min or 60min at a time and when that duration was over, I would see a bunch of notifications pop up, indicating to me that my "heads down time" is over.

Is there a way to achieve this on Windows 10?

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Sound card amplification settings

Yeah unfortunately ASUS and Realtek are not stepping up and fixing this it seems. Wherever I see such problems mentioned on forums some users are suggesting just uninstalling the Realtek driver and using the Windows audio driver.
