How to set up my email lookout automaticly open when I open the computer and start?

Opening email

When I click on the Mail tile on the start page of my laptop outlook opens and I can see a list of emails but when I click on any of the emails, outlook disappears. I have no problem opening emails on my phone. Any suggestions?
