Windows 10: How to set up new laptop when Microsoft stuck in puzzle loop?

Bought an Asus laptop and can’t use it because I’m stuck in a stupid puzzle loop. Cannot do anything to get pass this or disconnect or anything. What the hell, Microsoft?!!

You can try the step below to check the last solved puzzle.

Method: Check last played game.

1. Open Jigsaw Puzzle.
   
2. Search for My account and you will see images below
   My account, click on the image and all your last solved puzzle will be there.

New Microsoft Surface Pro stuck in loop

I cannot

• Go to Start , and select Settings > Update & security > Recovery. With it still stuck in "automatic repair" loop. Nothing I try to do will get it out
  of that loop. I've clicked on every option with no luck. This computer is only 3 months old. Don't understa

• Which game are you referring to?
• Do you get any error message when you try to download the puzzle packs?
