    How to set Win10 to permit that authorized USB storage can be accessed but limit others.

    Yes, Using Group Policy can implement this function.

    But, it only works for these uninstalled USB stick. If the device installed, even it is not in approved list, it still can be accessed.

    Bitlocker can encrypt USB, make it locked on other PC.

    But, I want my PC can access one specific USB device, and cannot access others.

    Bitlocker cannot provide this function.
