Windows 10: How to set Windows 11 to require Secure Boot before booting

Is there a way to set Windows 11 to require Secure Boot before booting?I need to be able to swap between an older non-Windows operating system which does not support secure booting and Windows 11. I would like to force the Windows user me to turn secure boot on in UEFI in order to boot into Windows when I swap between OSs so that I don't forget to turn it on.Is there a way to do this?

Here is a statement from a Kernal Developer at Red Hat:

I'm not sure this exploits the legacy BIOS but rather it exploits the legacy boot method on MBR drives, injecting a signed key before the OS boots, which you are correct in that it has nothing to do with Windows 8. And the simplest fix would just be to require boot drives use GPT when Secure Boot is enabled in UEFI.

 

Windows 11 (Secure Boot)

I've been trying to get the requirements to upgrade to Windows 11. I have all other requirements except TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. I've enabled TPM 2.0 already in the bios and it's working fine. The picture below shows that I already have TPM 2.0 enabled and it shows on the security processor in Windows Defender. My main issue is Secure Boot. I go through the steps to enable secure boot with a simple search on Youtube, however, enable secure boot in the bios and I cannot exit it. When I save and exit the bios my computer restarts and puts me right back into the bios. The only way to exit the bios is to disable secure boot to go back to windows but I need this last requirement. I've heard something about "Convert MBR drive to GPT to enable UEFI and Secure Boot for Windows 11".
