Windows 10: How to setup Corsair Vengeanc RGB Pro Memory on AMD Ryzen Threadripper

Hi all I am using Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 (see pic)

I have installed 4 DIMM's each of (16 GB total ram is 64 GB) but my 3000MHz is limited to 2133 MHz

As you can see that they are capable of 3000 MHz but that is not the case and it is is well below that number.

In my BIOS I have used the default profile which I am not sure if it is limiting the speed of the RAM's. I have seen a few videos on youtube to fix these but all of them are different and I am not sure which method to use. I do not want to mess up my setup. I am a noob for such terminologies as D.O.C.P, AI Overclock Tuner, Infinity Fabric Frequency, FCLK Frequency, Memory Frequency, Fabric Clock Frequency & XMP.

Can someone be kind enough to help me out as how can I properly setup my RAM so that I am utilizing what I paid for.

ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. ROG STRIX X399-E GAMING (SP3r2)

AMD Ryzen or AMD Ryzen Threadripper configured in SATA or NVMe RAID mode.

I'm attempting to install the Version 1909 update on Windows 10 Home but have been unable to do to an apparent incompatibility with AMD Ryzen CPU drivers. The issue with this is that my computer has an Intel CPU and
an Nvidia GPU, with no AMD software or hardware installed at all.

The specific message I get, under a banner saying "What needs your attention" is:

"AMD Ryzen or AMD Ryzen Threadripper configured in SATA or NVMe RAID mode.

A Driver is installed that causes stability problems on Windows. This driver will be disabled. Check with your software/driver provider for an updated version that runs on this version of Windows."

I do have an NVMe 1 Gig Drive in the machine. Any help would be appreciated.

The 32-core, 64-thread AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2990WX is available today, Aug. 13, 2018, from global retailers and system integrators.
