Windows 10: How to share file and folder from local network with AAD user?

I have to allow users from my company to access files and folders on PC with win 10 pro, but the problem is does that users are in Azure Active Directory users.When they log on to their PC they cant access any shared folders or files which are accessable on other users who are not AAD users.The PC's are on the same IP segmentation.I'm tried almost everything but probably missing something.How can I make it does AAD users can still access shared folders like users who are local users ?Thank you for any helo or suggestion.

Sync folder between Air and PC locally

I'm looking for a software which will keep folders on my Mac Air and PC synced via the local wireless network.

I usually take my Mac with me everywhere and as such have tons of large downloaded files that I have to manually copy over to the PC. I'm looking for something that'll transfer the files over the local wireless network in my home.

Any suggestions?

Easiest would be for one User to the send the file or folder to the other from OneDrive via email link, both users will be able to work on the file in it's folder. More here:
