Windows 10, latest update. One minute/picture is too long for my computer's Personalized slideshow. Would like to shorten each picture's showing to 30sec. How? Thanks

You're talking abut the Desktop wallpaper slideshow? The old Control Panel version of Personalization offered a lot more time options, including 10 seconds and 30 seconds. You can still open the Control Panel personalization if you use WinKey+R to open the Run box and run:

shell:::{ED834ED6-4B5A-4bfe-8F11-A626DCB6A921} -Microsoft.Personalization\pageWallpaper


I've tested that in 2004, build 19041.546 and it still works and sets the interval to less than a minute, but with the minor inconvenience that the Settings > Peronalization page will say it's set to 10 minutes.

If the control panel option gets removed in a later version of Windows 10, then at the end of Option Six it shows you where the interval timing is held in the registry.
