    Sign in to Store / sign in to Feedback Hub / sign in to microsoft account from local account

    Hi Ronaline,

    Tried the windowsApp Troubleshooter also a number of times - no improvement

    Sign in to Store / sign in to Feedback Hub / sign in to microsoft account from local account

    Trying to sign in to any of the 3 results in AppHost error event id 135 followed by 102

    it is not even possible to enter the email address - window opens but remains black then closes

    using another/new account then all works

    already did 2 inplace upgrades over the months but still getting the errors

    SFC / DISM run a number of times - no problem

    no proxy set

    reluctant to change to a new account - would very much prefer to have the current account fixed

    How to sign in STORE only?

    go through the login process , but do not add password as asked above - this will switch PC to MS Account
    just select sign in to app
