Windows 10: How to solve 80070390 update failure minecraft launcher and install it again?

I have minecraft laucher on my pc, when i click on it it says update failure and the error numbers is 80070390 i tried to fix it on xbox app from pc. Still said the samething. I tried from microsoft stores app, still the same. I erased it to re-install the launcher i tried to install from everywhere and it did not want to install instead it said update failure again. I check windows 11's update and its EVERYTHING up to date. I want and need the launcher because i like to play with shaders in older versions. How to i solve this?

Problem with the minecraft launcher.

There are many reasons why you can't log in to Minecraft Launcher, but all of them are due to Microsoft Store and related services. I will provide several methods to try to solve this problem, please refer to the following steps for operation:

• Clear the cache on Microsoft Store.
  

1. Press the Windows logo key + R, type wsreset.exe, and select OK.
   
2. After a few seconds a blank command prompt window will appear, which will disappear after about ten seconds and the Microsoft Store will open automatically.This means the cache was cleared successfully.
   

• Make sure you're using the Microsoft Store Install Service.
  

1. Services.msc can be found by pressing Windows Key + S and typing services.msc.
   
2. Locate and double-click the Microsoft Store Install Service; if the status is Running, right-click it and select Restart.
   
3. Change it to Automatic if it's disabled, then click Start and OK.
   

• Reinstall the Microsoft Store app
  

1. Press Windows key + X
   
   Click and Run Windows PowerShell(run as Administrator)Copy and paste the command below then hit Enter:
   
   

• Reinstall the Minecraft Launcher
  

1. Click Start >Settings >Apps，find "Minecraft Launcher" in all apps.
   
2. Click on the "Minecraft Launcher" Advanced options >Uninstall the application.
   
3. Open the Microsoft Store, search for "Minecraft Launcher", download and install it again, and log in to your account to see if it works.

Gaming Services and the Minecraft Launcher Will Not Install

Error code: 0x80070490

Device: Brand new Acer Nitro 17.

I'm trying to install the Minecraft Launcher. When I click install and go to the Library page of the Windows Store I see it's trying to install both the MC Launcher and also Gaming Services. Both fail to install and give the above error code.

Things I've tried:
1) Windows Update - I've installed all updates, including optional updates.

2) Resetting the Gaming Services app via the Apps menu. Gaming Services IS NOT IN THE LIST.

3) Resetting the Windows Store per this suggestion (Redirecting)

4) wsreset.exe

While resetting the Windows Store I get a number of errors. I've pasted the results of step 2.3 here: Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073D02, The package could - Pastebin.com

While resetting the Windows Store and reinstalling Gaming Services (step 3.2 and 3.3 in the suggestion above)

Minecraft Launcher not installing

Hi, I have been trying to install the Minecraft launcher, both from web and also from Microsoft’s store. When I try to download it from the installer on the web it tells me that there’s a problem, and redirects me to the Microsoft store. When I try to download it from the Microsoft store, I press install and the button just turns grey and nothing happens, and after a couple minutes it just goes back to the normal install page with the green button.

I have windows 10 pro, not sure if that affects anything, and I’ve tried all the steps I’ve seen online and on Microsoft help comments suggesting resetting the store, running commands, and checking for updates, all to no success.
