Windows 10: How to solve Internet Consecutively Disconnects In Windows 10?

When I used Windows 7 there was no problem at all. But when I downloaded from windows 10 a big file, Internet consecutively disconnects. So What's The Solution?I cannot express the whole thing in word so I made a video on YouTube on how to solve this so just follow the step in the video 10 100% - YouTubeI figured it out by myself and downloaded dozens of files through the internet after that solution.

How to Schedule Auto shutdown when internet get disconnected?

thanks alot for effort, it would defenetly work but i got problem in one step,
when i set action to run a program, i select "shutdown" and nothing happens. how to shutdown ?
