Windows 10: How to Solve Not Responding or Laptop Hanging issues

Hello Microsoft Community, Hope everyone is doing great. I have been facing an issue with a Lenovo Windows 10 at purchase, now a Windows 11.This issue has occurred for quite a long time for past 6-7 months whenever i open a program or any application in my laptop the system or the app stops to responding and the screen jams over there for quite long/ blanks out, looking the screen from taskbar it shows application not responding. Even when i try it after a fresh start or restart the PC and open any applications often the laptop stops to respond at any command let it be a search in the syst

To resolve this issue, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter. The Network troubleshooter can help diagnose and fix common connection problems. Kindly follow the steps below:

• In the search box on the taskbar, type Identify and repair network problems, and then select
  Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
• Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

We recommend that you try the steps on the Update the network adapter driver,
Run the Network troubleshooter followed by networking commands, and Use network reset to reinstall network devices sections.

Microsoft Edge Hanging/Not responding

Let's try to isolate the cause of this issue, we suggest that you clear your browsing data. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Open Edge.
• Click on the three dots icon on the upper-right part of the screen.
• Click Settings.
• Under Clear browsing data, click on Choose what to clear.
• Click on Clear.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you disable hardware acceleration and use software rendering.
Here are the steps on how to enable software rendering:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Internet Options, and click on
  Internet Options from the results.
• Click on the Advanced tab.
• Under Accelerated graphics, check Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering.
• Restart your computer.

hangging issue in windows 11 os, but never hangs for apple os.

Dear Sumit, you are not understanding my question is if we buy apple mobile 70000 thousand rupees, it will never hangs , while using and opening applications. but why the 82000 thousand laptop with i5 processor, 8 gb ram and 512 gb ssd got hanging frequently. what is the difference, because of this hanging issue i have do lot steps, like windows update and third party application and so & so... Please help if you have any other suggestion if possible.
