Windows 10: how to solve problem 0x80070005

hello, I have a problem 0x80070005, I wanted to change the access to one account and accidentally pressed something and now I can't access the c disk when you want to write access is denied. it says in cmd when I want to change add user that I am not admin, how to solve this please help me
