Are the audio glitches happens only when using your headset or even when using the PC Audio output? it can indicate where to focus the troubleshooting.

As @dalchina suggested you can install Windows Performance Toolkit and take a trace while the issue happens. Enable the following options in the Windows Performance Recorder:

I recently tried to install the new conversation app on my n73 music edition, it required me to uninstall nokia contacts service pakage, so i removed it and after all required installation, the conversation app wont start and now i cant even open my contacts
so now i dont care for the new conversation app. what i want is nokia contacts service pakage, please will some 1 inform me that from where do i get it? so i can use contacts
