  1. How to solve this timeout problem?

When I executed a program, it crashed and I view the event log and I found that

"A timeout was reached 30000 milliseconds while waiting for the Sync Host_7c37d62 service to connect."

    and

"A timeout was reached 30000 milliseconds while waiting for the Connected Devices Platform User Service_707e5b7 service to connect."

    and

"The Clipboard User Service_87423 service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

What are the reasons of program crash and how to solve this problem?

    Thanks

    :)
