Windows 10: How to solve windows tenor gif load problem?

Dear Technical windows support team!I have problem with windows tenor.com gifs.I can open windows emoji picker panel, but i can not full load gifs.That's i can not use these.If i open panel, i get this problemthat's gifs can not load:And it is not ethernet's speed problemImage url:https://ibb.co/jvST85Ms

Tenor GIF problem in Windows 11 Emoji Picker

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft customer support. I understand that you are experiencing issues with the Tenor GIF in the Windows 11 Emoji Picker.



To enable the GIF feature again, please follow these steps:



1. Open the Windows 11 Settings app by pressing the Windows key + I on your keyboard.

2. Click on "Time & Language" and then select "Language" from the left-hand menu.

3. Scroll down to the "Preferred languages" section and click on "Add a language".

4. Search for "English (United States)" and click on it to add it to your preferred languages.

5. Once added, click on the three dots next to "English (United States)" and select "Options".

6. Scroll down to the "Keyboards" section and click on "Add a keyboard".

7. Search for "United States-International" and click on it to add it to your keyboards.



After following these steps, the Tenor GIF feature should be enabled again in the Windows 11 Emoji Picker.

If the above solution doesn't work, please try resetting the network using the following steps:

1. Search for CMD, open and run Command Prompt in administrator mode.

2. In the pop-up command prompt, enter the following commands one by one (after each line is finished, enter the next one)

3.Restart the computer and see if that fixes the issue.

You can follow the steps below to create a new account and see if the problem still exists under the new account.

1. Search for CMD, then run it as an administrator, and enter the following command

2. After the command runs successfully, enter the following command

Note: USERNAME PASSWORD can be replaced with the account name and password you want. If you don't need a password, you can leave PASSWORD blank.

If there are no issues under the new account, this is likely a problem with your account configuration file. Please refer to the following article to transfer your data to the new account:

Windows Vista Wont Install Freezes?

Well problem solved it didn't seem to like the mouse i had plugged in *Big Grin

It takes about 5min for to load each step in the windows setup? The disc drive will stop for about 5min then spin up and finally load? it does this for every step in the setup? very odd.

 

My calibration doesnt load on startup

Well the steps i did previously didnt solve the problem, so im going to try your suggestion instead.
