Windows 10: How to span app with multidisplay in Win & TopMost

Hi, I am currently creating an application which will follow the cursor, however, I am facing two problem:



1.I use the following code to mark my application as TopMost, but when I open StartMenu/ContextMenu, or set other application as topmost, they will cover my app. I find one of the resolution here, but it seems not quite stable, will there be other method to make my application on top all the time?

SetWindowPoshwnd01, HWND_TOPMOST, 0, 0, 0, 0, SWP_NOMOVE SWP_NOSIZE;

2.As I mention above, my app needs to follow the cursor, but when the user has multidisplay, my app can only fill the main display, will there be some function or tools to span my app?thanks!

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

A mouse with an assignable scroll wheel, or, a keyboard volume control will show the Windows Volume OSD...

I want to display the volume control topMost so I can see the volume bar moving up and down . Is there a way or any app/download can do that?
