Microsoft's Customer Service is an absolute joke!!!

You pay for a 365 account and an Assure account in hopes that when you need help you will get it. Think again. If Microsoft put half as much thought into their software products as they do in the barriers they have in place to keep their customers from
actually getting to speak with a live person either on the phone or through a chat session, I doubt one would ever need support. Bu the time I get to talk to a customer service agent, I'm so angry having had to fight my way through that idiot virtual agent,
that I cannot be fair to the live person. Microsoft should be ashamed of themselves. First they outsource their customer service overseas and then they set them up to have to speak with ANGRY AMERICANS!

I don't think Microsoft Costumer Service exists! I have spent hours trying to talk to someone to help me with with Windows 10 forced upgrade issues and it was a joke! I would never expect the service and attitude I received from a company of this size!
And i was always put on hold while someone talked to their supervisor. I asked to speak to that person and they said no. I was also told that Windows 10 support would not talk to me to answer my questions. I was continually passed round and round and always
told I would get a call back but it never happened. I am so disappointed with how this Company treats their customers. I like to think I matter to them but not so sure.
