Windows 10: How to speak to a human customer service rep over the phone???

How to speak to a human customer service rep over the phone?? Because so far I'm met with dead end after dead end, I honestly don't understand why and how it is virtually impossible to get help from a live human agent., I've tried all the puzzles of prompts and searches trying to end up finding a golden customer support number at the end but no. So, please can Microsoft reply simply with a phone number with active hours for us Australian to call and get through to a human customer service rep on the other side.* Moved from Community Center

It does sound like you need a replacement..



phone back.. try to speak to that woman again.. if that fails, continue the phone call with "maybe you should help me.. my phone... etc"

you don't need to deal with a single rep, you need the company to replace your phone and any rep should be able to do arrange that for you..



seriously, Nokia customer service is pretty damn poor.. it's such a shame..

 

How do I speak with an actual human from Microsoft to offer me some customer support?

Thank you for your suggestion. That option still doesn't allow me to speak with a human. It seems absurd that there are this many hoops to jump through to try and talk to a person.
