Windows 10: How to speak to a person on the helpline?

I can't log into my computer. The PIN and password don't work. Reset the password, and it still won't work. No "forgot pin" option. Recovery questions aren't working. Microsoft help isn't effective, and when I call, I can't be put through to a human.

How do I speak with a live person?

I would like to know how to retrieve my Bit Locker code. system says that I do not have one when I searched using the method suggested by Microsoft support. I really would like to speak with a real person

I have some Monster headphones, that came as a promotion with my Nokia 800 that have spontaneously stopped working in one ear. I phoned the helpline before christmas to discuss repair and was informed that they would be repaired if I downloaded the form
and included the 'Thankyou' letter that came with the delivery of them, as I only have the receipt of the phone contract, not the headphones. I need to phone again to discuss the return, since calling them, over christmas I have misplaced the 'Thankyou' letter,
however I still have the promotion card which I could include.



However, I can't phone the helpline!!! Because it now requires you to enter an IMEI code to reach anyone, which unsurprisingly a pair of headphones doesn't have! No IMEI, no entry. No other options to speak to someone. So now I have to sign up to an internet
forum to ask my question. So could somebody please help me?
