Windows 10: How to speed up Windows 10 copying so it is equal to the speed of Windows 7?

Windows 10 is so slow in copying my data files. With Windows 7 I copied my data files on backup drives in 4 hour +. Windows 10 takes a day and a half+ (that is the projected estimate). I'm lucky I still have one backup boot drive with Windows 7 that I can use to copy stuff. Is there a way to set Windows 10 to use the full power of Windows 10 for copying large backups

Windows 10 download speed issues

Try this method:

• First of all from Start Menu, open Settings (Type settings in the search bar and it will appear).
• locate and select “Update and Security“.
• in this window, Locate “Advanced Options”. Click on it.
• In Advanced Options; Click on “Choose How Updates are Delivered“.
• Turn off Updates from more than one place.

Your system will not work as a seeder for other Windows 10 users. It will give sudden boast to your Slow internet speed.

 

Microsoft store download speeds and windows 10 app load speeds are very slow

• The latest update I have showing is "2018-02 Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64 based system KB4074588"

Slow Data copy/paste SPEEDS in WINDOWS 10


Hello Guyz, I encountered a problem after upgrading to windows 10. I had extremely slow data transfer speed from any storage media. I myself found a fix for it. I didn't have this prob in win 7. I hope that u understand.
