    How to Start All Over with Windows 11 and Microsoft Account


    I had been using Windows 10 for the past several years. I have a Microsoft personal account that used my email address and for some reason unknown to me, a Work or School account that used the same email address and password. Whenever I singed into Microsoft I used the personal account and I could use all of my "stand alone" Office 2019 products without issue. I have never and will never if I can help it been interested in any of Microsoft's Office 365 products or processes.Last month, I "upgraded" to Windows 11. Since then, things have been a real mess. After get past all of the errors
