Windows 10: How to stop an app from changing size when it's closed/my computer is restarted?

The title says most of it. I have some apps that like un-fullscreened and at a particular size. However, whenever I restart my computer and open said app, it's back to its original size. Essentially, how do I keep it the same size through a restart?If it matters, I reset my computer recently, but it was still a problem before the reset.

  from the list of results.
• Under Change the size of text, apps, and other items, make sure that it is on
  100% only. If not, change it to 100% by moving the slider from right to left.

Unable to close Calculator app on Windows 10.

To assist you better, I would like to ask if the issue persists with other Windows Apps as well.

I suggest you to press/hold the left click button on the title bar of the calculator and drag the Windows to shrink the size of the Windows and check if the close (X) option appears. If the issue still persists, then suggest you to run the Windows Store
Apps troubleshooter by following the steps provided below:

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
• Click on View all on top left pane.
• Select “Windows Store Apps” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.
