    I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE UNTIL MY PC TOOK AND UPDATE LAST NIGHT. I DON'T KNOW WHY I HAVE IT AND I MOST ASSUREDLY DON'T WANT IT. I HAVE DONE WONDERFULLY FOR 40 PLUS YEARS WITHOUT IT!MY ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE IS BLOCKING IT AS RISKWARE. TOO BE BLUNT - IT IS MAKING ME INSANE!I WENT INTO CONTROL PANEL AND DISABLED POWERSHELL WHICH IS ALSO CONNECTED TO THIS. NO EFFECT AT ALL. I HAVE SEARCHED FOR HOURS ON END TO FIND A WAY TO PUT THIS OUT OF ITS MISERY.
