Windows 10: How to stop downloading a specific update for Realtek Audio?

I don't want it, I am happy with the default windows one, I am able to edit the bass and stuff with the default one, what the **** is wrong with Microsoft? DO I HAVE TO WASTE MY BANDWIDTH DOWNLOADING IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN OR WHAT?

Why does it feel like a downgrade (except in game performance) just in general when I use windows 10? Also why do they keep turning on telemetry and the ****ing app stuff, and turning off the metered connection in a virulent manner thinking I won't notice it after a while? Am I being ****ed with? Does Microsoft really think it will succeed in forcing this down my throat?

This is officially the first version of Windows that I felt like hanging myself to death after using.

If you want to just stop an update use wushowhide .diagcab.

Go to Microsoft.com download wushowhide.diagcab and follow instructions.

 

You need to switch off Windows Update. I haven't used it since Win 8... it seems it will always be broken, sadly.
FYI.. I use firewall rules to block it.

 

I have no problems with updating, it's that if I uninstall Realtek Audio Drvier, I won't be able to update Windows unless I download it first again then it downloads the rest. Also they keep turning off the metered connection that I set on, every once in a while over a randomized period of time (scrutinized the shit out of their patterns), Sorry but I wish I could punch the developer responsible for this in the face.

 

Don't blame the developer... these things come from the boardroom .. just saying..

 

It's a shame that despite making a fantastic OS in terms of speed, slick as hell, they succumb to forcing updates and disguising it as some twisted logic, trying to make sure you have to access the cloud for windows defender so they can do whatever the hell they want with me being in their playground, fizzling the OS with background forced Windows Insider that when I turned off sped dramatically my OS. Not including the countless telemetry and trying to slip every atom of info they can get their hands on. I can feel their desperation, hell I wish I could tell myself when I first pressed the upgrade button that I was in for a hell of a ride.

I've used windows since I was a kid, since mother****ing windows 95-98, it's like seeing the brother you loved from the beginning give in to drugs and shady schemes and all kinds of cluster****s.
