    How to stop downloading in webp and jfif


    Heya!

    I recently started doing digital art and sometimes I want to be able to download an image as a reference layer but windows keeps downloading almost everything in either webp and jfif.

    Windows 10, Outlook 2016 and quick preview for .webp files

    I do not known what happen recently but I guess it is related to a windows update.

    I was able to quick preview .webp file attachment in outlook 2016, but all of sudden, it is not working anymore.

    My file association are now associate with Google Chrome.

    I was expecting to see Microsoft Photo in the list of available application to open the .webp files but it not listed.

    Any suggestion?

    Photos downloading in jfif format

    Photos that I'm downloading from the internet are in jfif format. A program that I am using does not recognize the extension. There are too many photos to waste time converting each and everyone of them. How do I turn this feature off?
