    How to stop endless Loop of Issues preventing me from getting help?


    I was originally trying to get assistance to see if I can alter the appearance of my Windows notifications - they have suddenly changed overnight and now my options to dismiss/delete emails via notifications is gone, which is an absolute pain. Windows seems to have logged the "problem" with my work account. When I request help with that, the help chat refuses to open and says "You are not the owner of the case." When I tried to log into my personal account and try again, it automatically logs me into my work one again despite anything I do logging out, clearing cache, etc.. After about 20 mi

    Hi,

    • Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
    • Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
    • What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
