Windows 10: How to stop getting Insider Preview releases?

Hi.I have used the Insider Preview channel because of some WSL features. After some time i was stuck at the last W10 Insider Preview as upgrading to W11 failed due to missing TPM.So now i upgraded my BIOS to support TPM and done an update to Windows 11 via USB drive from MediaCreationTool, done an update from windows directly. It worked fine and i am now on 22000.376.But there is a problem, the update mechanism want to install 22523.1000, i have switched my internet connection to paid to block it.Then i go to Settings -> Windows Update -> Windows Insider Programm it shows me:- i do no

Want to stop Insider Preview

Recently using Insider Preview build 10565 from stable build 10240. Now if I stop getting Insider Preview from Windows Update- Advanced option-Stop Insider Preview Builds then what will happen? When Microsoft will officially release this build 10565 should
I will be able to get it? How? Even if I don't stop getting Insider Preview when will it go for a stable copy from evaluation version?

 

Want to stop Insider Preview

If you want to stop insider previews you need to roll back to 10240 (the last released build) then click stop preview.

No idea when or if MS will release 10565. Up to you to choose.

 

Cant get out of Insider Preview Versions

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you.

• Go to the following website Windows Insider Program
• Sign In using the credentials that you used to sign up.
• At the top of the page, click the Leave Program tab.
• Confirm that you want to leave.

Note: This will only remove your participation in the Insiders Program.

The Automatic Feedback can only be stopped by
uninstalling the Windows 10 Technical Preview.

• Restart the machine.
• Sign out from the Microsoft Account and sign in again and check if it persists.
