Windows 10: how to stop getting the blue screen error when loading fortnite.

Due to having windows 11 education i am unable to receive support from Microsoft and i don't have a contract number or subscription. My problem is every time i try to start Fortnite it loads for a bit and then i get a blue screen error from windows and then my pc restarts. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Fortnite and the epic games launcher multiple times to no avail. I asked the epic games support team for help and they said it was a windows issue and to contact them for help. I have done everything as far as reinstalling and running it as administrator and still nothing has fixed this iss

Stop code: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE is probably due to a compatibility issue with the driver, as most blue screen errors are. Since you encountered this error after updating Windows, most probably, you would need to update the drivers
as well.
