Windows 10: How to stop Local account having access to Administrator documents.

I had only one user that was having Administrator Rights without password. I made one more user and gave him Administrator rights with password. Now I made my earlier Administrator account as a Local Account. But this local account is able to view Administrator account documents and desktop. How to stop Local account having access to Administrator documents.

Lost Administrator and Local User Account for One & Administrator for Another Account

Jane Lla ~ Thank you for responding. My problem though is not accessing the computer or the Microsoft account but trying to figure out how I lost two administrator accounts and one local user. We can access the computer and the Microsoft account; it's
how I'm writing this email. Our questions are how do accounts just disappear and how do we easily regain them? I have gained access to the lost local user's account documents by way of the C: drive --> Users --> <2nd user> --> documents. But her just logging
on to her account no longer exists. Again, how do accounts just disappear? Updates? As it stands, once upon a time we would have a start up window showing two separate accounts, both with administrator privileges, for the two individuals in the house.
Now we have two accounts for the same individual -- one a Microsoft account and one a local user account. Any other suggestions? All appreciated.

 

Can't find my documents after downloading windows 10

I too have had this issue. PC started up only with Microsoft login details and not a local login where everything was stored. I have managed to set up a Local Account and found documents in C: Users . How can we restore access to the original Local Administrator
account so we don't have to copy everything across?
