Windows 10: how to stop looping on the automatic repair screen?

asus laptop windows 11 randomly booted me into automatic recovery and it continues to loop me back to a blue automatic repair screeni am unable to boot into safe mode as it asks me for my bitlocker recovery key but after putting in the correct one it loops back to the same blue screen ive already tried doing a chdsk check on command prompt in the automatic repair screen but it didnt show anything and restarting afterwards did nothing i havent plugged in anything new and the only system update was installed more than a couple days agoi also thought maybe the quality/feature updates were the iss

• Select Troubleshoot.
• Select Advanced options.
• Select Startup Repair.

Use Check Disk Utility

Fix Boot and Rebuild BCD via Command Prompt

Restore Windows Registry

Delete the Problematic File

Disable Automatic Startup Repair

Check Device Partition and OsdevicePartition

Perform Refresh or Reset Your PC
