Windows 10: How to stop microphone is picking up Audio from my PC

I have tried the second page of Google to find a solution. I have disabled stereo mix, I have unticked the "Listen to this device" box, I have disabled every recording/playback device that wasn't what I was actually using, I have checked the two connections from my headphones, I have tried a different set of headphones when I am on a discord call my games, videos, system sounds come through my microphone and my friends can hear or strangers if I am using in-game voice chat. If I listen to my audio and bump my mic, it loops for a while and I am sick of dealing with this.ROG Strix Z590-E Gaming

Microphone picking up PC audio

I've been struggling with this for a long time and decided to post the question here. For some reason my microphone is picking up all of the audio from my pc. I have already tried a lot of things.

Mix stereo is turned off

The microphone is not picking up physical sound from my headphones playing too loud because it still picks up sound even when I manually turn off sound in my headphones

Listen to this device is turned off

My microphone basically acts as if I turned on mix stereo but a bit quieter. It's been really annoying me and I have no idea what to do

I'm running windows 10 if it helps

2) Update the Sound controller driver from the PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads webpage for your exact model. While there compare to make sure you also have the latest BIOS, Chipset, Display, Network and all other drivers. If no newer then uninstall the Sound controller driver in Device Manager, restart PC to reinstall it.

Next go into Device Manager, right click Sound controller driver to Upgrade driver, then Automatically.

If nothing newer found in Windows Update then try again but this time chooswe Upgrade Driver > Browse > Let Me Pick to try all previous drivers queued there.

Repeat all of the above steps for the microphone driver.

• What is the exact brand and model of your microphone?

• Which version or build of Windows device are you using? To know, press
  Windows + R to open the Run window. Type winver and press
  Enter. A new window will open showing the version and build number of your Windows device.
  
• What were the recent changes made on your computer before you experienced this issue?
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Did you receive any error messages?

• Did you use this microphone normally before? If yes, can you tell us if this was working properly?
• Have you already contacted your manufacturer of your microphone for troubleshooting instructions?
• Can you check if the device was installed properly in the Device Manager? To check it, follow these steps:

1. Press Windows key + X.

2. Click Device Manager.

3. Expand Sound, Video and game controllers.

4. Check if the devices under it have a yellow exclamation mark.
