  1. How to stop 'Microsoft common language .....' using 100% of my CPU?

Every time I turn on the laptop., after 2-3 mins the fans spin up at max speed . then i check at the task manager and i see cpu usage ranging from 38% to 100% . i look at the the processes and i notice most of the usage is by " microsoft common language---something". The whole name is incomplete because whenever i open the task manager and try to shut this process down and the process automatically disappears , the cpu usage drops down to 1-2% and the fans also slow down. this whole ordeal happens everytime i turn on the laptop. Kindly help me to get rid of this whole situation permanently

    :)

  3. How to stop 'Microsoft common language runtime native compiler' using 100% of my CPU?

The operation 'Microsoft common language runtime native compiler' is using up 100% of my CPU and hampering my computer's performance. I end the task everytime, after about 5-10 minutes, I hear my fans start to ramp up again and it is back, using all of my CPU. Is there a fix to this problem?, it gets quite annoying ending the task every 10 minutes. The file it takes me to when I click on open file location is a file called 'ngen.exe' in this directory: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319.

I would appreciate if anyone has any ideas or fixes,

Thanks How to stop 'Microsoft common language .....' using 100% of my CPU? :)
