Windows 10: How to stop multiple apps from opening with widnows startup? They are disabled everywhere

I got something unusual going on with my pc. I know how to setup my PC. But now something strange struck me. I had disabled all apps from starting together with the widnows except the system apps and processes from the task manager and everything was okay for 7-8 months.Windows 11 is up to date A few days ago when I started my PC and these apps turned on with widnows startup:-Viber-Discord-Edge-Riot Client-Riot VanguardAll these apps were not starting with widnows untill today. This is driving me crazy. I checked the task manager now and from all the listed apps, only two I have enabled to

Unable to enable a startup app

I can't enable windows store app to start with windows.

The step I folowed are

• Open task manager
• go to startup tab
• select the app
• enable

and when I reopen it's set at disable

  Open multiple apps that you want.
  
• 
  Right click on the task bar.
  
• 
  From the jump menu select Show all windows side by side.
  

I also suggest you to run app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

How do I disable Bing from Opening on Startup

I want to stop Bing from opening when I start up my computer. Below are all the things I have tried:

If you have any Bing application installed on the computer, you can do it from the Task Manager. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
   
2. Navigate to Startup tab.
   
3. Right click on the Bing application and select Disable.
   

Bing is not listed in the applications. Edge is, & that is disabled, but Bing still opens as soon as I boot up.



I also tried:

1. Press Windows Logo key + R, to open Run dialog box.
   
2. Type shell:startup and click on OK.
   
3. Check if there is Bing application in the Startup items. If you see Bing application, delete the application from the folder and check if the issue persists.
   

When I do this there is nothing at all in the Startup Folder

Here are two ways you can change which apps will automatically run at startup in Windows 10:

• Select the Start button, then select Settings > Apps > Startup. Make sure any app you want to run at startup is turned On.
  
• If you don’t see the Startup option in Settings, right-click (or select and hold) the Start button, select Task Manager, then select the Startup tab. (If you don’t see the Startup tab, select More details.) Right-click (or select and hold) the app you want to change, then select Enable to run it at startup or Disable so it doesn’t run.
  

And Bing is not listed anywhere. Yet it loads every time I open my computer.
