    how to stop my child from clearing his browsing history on google and internet explorer please?


    Because of home learning, my son is a lot more online. He has learnt how to clear his browsing history so I cannot check what he is watching instead of his school work. Is there a way on windows 10 to disable "clear history?" Thanks

    Lumia 635 WP 8.1 cannot completely delete Internet Explorer browsing history

    Dear community,

    I have a question regarding a problem which has been addressed in other posts: I cannot delete my Internet Explorer browsing history entirely. I have a Lumia 635 with Windows Phone 8.1. If I type a few words in the Internet Explorer under "browse or search"
    there will still show up suggestions from previously visited homepages although I deleted the browsing history entirely.

    I have tried the following steps which were recommended in previous posts:

    - "Delete history" in Internet Explorer settings

    - Deleted Bing and Google search history

    - Deleted all favourites

    - Hard reset of the phone and subsequently configurating the phone based on a previous backup

    All these steps didn't help. There will still show up suggestions once I begin tipping under "browse or search".

    Can anyone help me please?

    We have tried on the link on our end and it seemed to work fine on all browsers. That being said, this could be an issue with Internet Explorer itself. To better assist you, we’d like to know the following information:

    • Which version of Internet Explorer are you using?
    • Were you able to access this website before in Internet Explorer?
    • Have you made any specific changes with Internet Explorer prior to the issue?


    In the meantime, I suggest that you clear the browsing history in Internet Explorer by following the steps on this
