Windows 10: How to stop outlook from switching into the 'new outlook'

I usually like to use the 'Mail' app in windows 10, but the new updated outlook keeps switching itself to the 'new outlook' and forces me to use it. Everytime i ask to switch back to the old outlook it tells me it will make the switch but it will come back and switch it again in the future, why?? I know what i want to use, this is really bothersome, how do i stop it from switching forever??

Outlook & Ports

Outlook is awesome. Especially useful if you have multiple accounts on different servers and you want under under the same roof. Also in corporate environments it's killer. Or for people like me, I have a Gmail account, and a student account at my uni. I can't set up the uni-account in outlook (they don't like that sort of thing I guess), but they use Gmail. So instead of switching accounts in gmail constantly I use Outlook for the private mail and web as the uni mail. Sweet as pie.
