Windows 10: How to stop pre loading of Windows 10?

I have two OS, Win10 and Win 7. Whenever i start my pc, it has started booting Win10 for 1 min and then asked me which OS you want to choose, if i choose Win 7, pc again restart and then it started booting Win7, this whole process time machine took around 3-4 minutes. How can i cut off the pre boot of Win10, so i can directly select which OS i have to go with, just like with Win Vista and Win 7, without any removed pre boot.. *Zip

For Windows Store, Both free and paid app's are common for pre-loaded & non pre-loaded Windows. No additional advantages for pre-loaded Windows.

Windows 10 hangs in boot up

Hello I have a HP Envy Laptop and I have noticed an issue when the laptop boots up.

My laptop will load the Pre-Login screen, then will hang for ages, then it will flash the login screen, then will hang some more and then finally will load into the main desktop.

Any ideas on how to solve this and to stop my laptop taking (literally) five minutes to load.
