How to stop recovery loop after installing driver update

I've been having some issues opening applications and the main solution i was led to was updating my amd adrenaline drivers, i did so and suddently mid update my computer shut down, asked me for my bitlocker key, which i promptly entered. Then it led me to a diagnosing your pc screen and then to a blue screen of death, after which the same three steps kept looping. I have now been given the option to try to solve the problem on a different blue screen but no matter what I do, it just doesn't work. How do I fix this?

    :)

Installing Drivers in Recovery M4 SSD

I can't seem to figure out how to install drivers so that can copy my system image to new laptop hard drive. I went as far as to install a new inactivated windows 7 onto the hard drive so I know it works, but when I point recovery at C:\Windows\system32\drivers\disk.sys, I got an error something along the lines of "not relevant to system hardware" (or something like that I forget the exact wording).

I can list the drive in diskpart, and I made sure it is not excluded for copying the image, but after 3 days of fiddling, I still can't get it to work. Where is the driver that I need for recovery to be able to install an image to the new hard drive? I checked crucial website, but they don't seem to list drivers for M4. I assume that since I was able to install a fresh inactivated Windows 7 from a startup disk that the driver I need would be somewhere in that system so maybe I'm just pointing recovery at the wrong file?

  3. Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
    Step 1
    reinstall windows from scratch
    Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
    Step 3
    update windows
    Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
    Step 5
    Install GPU drivers
    Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

    cfadisk.sys driver verification recovery loop

I was attempting to use WSL to run a bash installation script (RasPi Android) and came ran into issues finding my SD card.

I tried manually changing the mouting point and then using the Hitachi Filter Driver method.

I screwed up somewhere with Hitachi(system32/DRIVERS/cfadisk.sys is unsigned/unverified), as now I'm in a recovery mode boot loop. I can access the startup settings, however even if I disable driver signature enforcement it simply reboots to recovery mode,
same with all safe modes, etc.

I do not have access to another win10 computer at home, although there is a win8 computer.

I am on a Surface book running the anniversary update (unsure which build #) its the i5 model with a dGPU; if helpful.

    Error code is 0xc0000428.

    Problem file is listed above.

    TL;DR

Stuck in recovery boot loop, disabling driver signature enforcement doesn't work. Occured after Hitachi Filter Driver use & reboot.
