Windows 10: How to stop speech recognition being activated when I press the home key?

Every time I press the 'home' key a popup appears saying "to use dictation, go to settings and turn on online speech recognition"I do not want this and just want to return to the front of a sentence. I am using a Surface Pro 8 or 9 with Windows 10.And a HP envy dual mode wireless keyboard. It only does this when I use this keyboard, all other keyboards the home key functions as normal. I cannot seem to find anywhere to change the function of this key with this keyboard All other keys functions as intendedThanks

I would suggest you to follow the steps to see Advance speech options.

• Press Windows+X key on the keyboard
• Click on control panel
• Select speech recognition
• On the left hand pane you will see Advance speech option

Windows Speech Recognition "Press Key" not working in some programs

There are a few reasons why you are experiencing issues with Speech Recognition in Windows 10. To address your concern, try if Speech Recognition will respond to "Press F11" on a web browser. If the browser did not go to full screen, then the Speech Recognition
command does not work with function keys, F1-F12.

speech recognition constantly pressing the Home key

Please someone tell me how to stop it. I open Speech Recognition to type a letter or piece of text and it presses the Home key all the time, which in effect inserts the next sentence in the middle of the one prior. It loves the word "home," so that I get
sentences like this "Her home her home speech recognition" (that was when I was trying to dictate the subject above). It's making the program impossible to use.

I need it to stop.
