  3. Windows Speech Recognition "Press Key" not working in some programs

    Hi,

There are a few reasons why you are experiencing issues with Speech Recognition in Windows 10. To address your concern, try if Speech Recognition will respond to "Press F11" on a web browser. If the browser did not go to full screen, then the Speech Recognition
command does not work with function keys, F1-F12.

If the Speech Recognition will respond if to "Press F11" command, follow the troubleshooting steps on this
    link.

If further assistance is needed, we are here to help.
