Windows 10: how to stop the influx of notifications after resuming from locked state

When my computer is locked the notifications build up in the notification queue, and then when I enter my password to get back in Windows, it seems like endless notifications popping up in the bottom right hand corner. It's super annoying, especially when you're trying to quick-respond to messages or otherwise interact with other dialogs that pop up in that same area. The notifications cover them up, you click on the wrong thing, etc. They don't all come at once either. It's one at a time with a few second delay in between, and goes on for as many notifications are backed up.

Here's the deal. I only somewhat like the notifications when they come in at real-time when I'm logged in and working. I could care less what went on while I was away from my computer. I don't see a way in the settings to tweak them with this kind of precision. Even if there was a way to specify which monitor and which X and Y coords they would pop up on would be so helpful as I could move them out of my way. Is there a way to tweak them like I'm talking about, or should I just go ahead and turn them off completely?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

Follow these steps to check if it works:

You may just turn them off the notification as you need.
