Windows 10: How to stop the windows sound that plays when I try to type in roblox it won't let me type...

Whenever I try to type in Roblox the windows sound plays and I cannot type anything : theres nothing online about this so I don't know what to do. I'm up to date on Windows 10 and I can't go to windows 11.

Chiming type sound.

There might be a possibility that this issue might have occurred due to incorrect settings or the audio drivers have gone bad in the system.

I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if it helps.

Method 1:

Run inbuilt audio troubleshooter and check if it works. Follow the steps given below.

  Press Windows Key +R, type
  Control Panel.

  in the search bar, click on troubleshooting.

  Now click on view all option.

  Click on Playing audio and follow the prompts to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2:

I would also suggest to download and install the latest soundcard drivers from the manufacturer’s website and check if it helps.
