Windows 10: How to stop this endless bootup/shutdown "chkdsk" loop?

Hi,So 3 days ago, while trying to start the game "Fallout 4" I got the error: Error performing inpage operation. So I randomly searched on google on how to fix this issue, it took me to a youtube link which suggested running the command "chkdsk /r" and restarting the PC afterwards, which I did. It took like 2 hours to restart and get to the Home Screen after the boot up, showed no desktop icons only the taskbar, I have two Transcend SSDs having 256GB and 500GB storage capacities, and assigned the Drive Chaving the windows and D to them respectively. windows 10 sheduled task shutdown stuck in endless loop

tried setting up task to shutdown. now when starting up, computer shuts down at logon screen , whether putting in password or not. Endless loop. i saw a post somewhere else suggesting using regedit to reset shutdown task.....i can get to regedit....where
can i find shutdown task?

WDO endless loop

I’m stuck in an endless loop by running the windows defender offline scan... how can I stop it?
