  1. How to stop win 11 file explorer home from freezing Not responding

Every time I open windows explorer it opens home and then freezes , stops responding ,then crashes . It doesn't do it if I open a folder that's already on my desktop home . I've been having this issue since I installed my new ssd and installed win11 on it. I've updated and tried running a sys check for the computer and got nothing and the ssd appears to not be malfunctioning. so I'm not to sure on what to try nextHere's my system specs WIn Ver: win11 22H2Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB graphics card rtx 3060 tistorage

  2. File Explorer not responding

For some reason every time I try to use the file explorer on my Surface Book 2, file explorer freezes and stops responding. Mainly started happening when I was trying to delete files from my downloads folder. Every time I select a file, file explorer stops
responding. I've tried countless fixes but none of them have worked.

    File explorer not responding

    Evening.

I'm having an issue with the file explorer. I'm trying to have a clear out of old files in the downloads folder, but every time I try to delete a file it stops working. The blue bar at the top just says 'File explorer (not responding)'. I've tried restarting
my laptop and it still keeps doing it. Any suggestions??
