Windows 10: How to stop Window Update automatically install new update?

Hi Team,My laptop Operating System Edition Microsoft Windows 11 Pro 64-bit Version Build 24H2 10.0.26100I use Intel® Driver & Support Assistant app to update newest driver iGPU from Intel, however when i check update by Window update, it automatically downloads and installs old iGPU for my laptop, this is very stupid thing of Window update.How to check new update in Window Update but i can choose which update will be download and install manually? I don't want Window automatically download and install update, this is stupid function need to be improved. I just want to check new updat

i have some questions about the windows automatic updates in windows xp pro w sp/2. ive got about forty updates they recommend , mostly for security but i only installed two today. after installing them i found them in my add/remove programs in the control panel, if i add all these updates that is a lot of space on my hd almost 1 gig. i thought that updates just updated files and not created new programs. should i innore all these update suggestions from microsoft?

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
