Windows 10: How to stop Windows 10 Start Menu page from opening with mouseover?

The start suggestions started opening on hover again!! I had previously stopped it by right-clicking the taskbar/News and Interests/Open on hover/unchecked So, I tried all of the below settings but none stopped mouse hover activating the Start window. Settings/Ease of Access Center/Mouse/Make mouse easier to use/Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them/Off Settings/Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or the taskbar and in File Explorer Quick Access/Off Settings/Start/Show suggestions occasionally in Start/Off Settings/Devices/Mouse/Scroll inactive windows when I hover

1. Check "Use Start full screen" setting:
   
   • Go to Settings (press Win + I).

2. Disable Mouse Hover: As far as I know, there is no built-in feature in Windows that opens the start menu just by hovering over it with a mouse. However, some third-party tools or accessibility settings might cause this behavior.
   
   If you have installed any third-party tool that enhances or modifies your taskbar or start menu behavior, check its settings and disable any feature related to opening menus on hover.
   
   Also, check your Ease of Access settings by going to Settings > Ease of Access > Mouse & Cursor size. Look for any setting related to opening menus on hover and turn it off.
   
3. Perform a clean boot. Then check again.

How to stop Windows 10 Start Menu page from opening with mouseover?

I'm using Windows 10 Home Version 22H2. Whenever I accidentally hover over the taskbar or start menu, the Windows start menu page opens. This gets really annoying when I am just trying to scroll on a webpage or type into a document. How do I stop this from happening?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
