Windows 10: How to stop Windows 11 from updating my drivers

As the question asks, how do I stop windows 11 from updating my drivers? I have looked everywhere online but nothing I do stops it. I get my gpu updates directly from Intel but as soon as I update the drivers, windows update installs an "updated" driver that is 2 years out of date and highly unstable. I used to be able to roll back the driver change after the first time windows installs it and windows would no longer try to update the drivers but that no longer works. This is very annoying because with every gpu driver update, I have to go through the whole process of rolling back what windows

There is a workaround i'm using successfuly since 2 months described at Guru3D
I suggest to create a system restore point before using it.

In your case you have to replace the title with "AMD*" of course.
