    How to...stop windows 11 shutting down and rebooting unexpectedly....


    Windows 11 running on AMD A12...always shuts down when some graphic or any moving image or video displays...it's a drag....cannot go back to Windows 10...Tried everything. a very disgraceful shame....

    OK, first complete your system specs, as it will help us diagnose your problem. Second, can you be a bit more descriptive about the "shut off"? Does it go through the windows shut down procedure, or does the power just shut off completely?

    Hi all-- I have a new Windows 11 laptop that randomly reboots itself once or twice a day. This occurs mostly when I've stepped away. System logs come back with Event ID 41: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

    I've tried just about everything out there and engaged tech support but no one has been able to solve the issue with this lemon. Any help greatly appreciated. Laptop is 2 months old and has been randomly rebooting for a while now.
