Windows 10: How to stop windows from creating folders from my old PC onto my new PC

HiI recently setup a new PC with windows . As part of the setup windows asked me if I wanted to sync folders from my old PC to my new PC . I said yes.This was originally what I wanted but now I don't want this to happen, and I can't seem to stop it. Every time I delete the folders on my new PC they reappear after some delay, the reappearance is not immediate. The folders are both at root level , "C:\". I have checked OneDrive thinking that OneDrive is doing the syncing but I can't see any mention of these folder names that keep reappearing.Where else do I need to check to stop

• Backup up the game folder inside the "Origin Games" folder.
  
• install origins on the new pc
• Start installing the game, then stop origins
• move the backup file to the new "Origin Games" folder.
• Start Origins and then right click the game and "repair install"

• A new folder should be created.

• Open File Explorer.
• Hover your mouse on the location where you want to create a new folder.
